You're not losing customers to the apps. You're losing them to a phone nobody answers.
Aria is an AI phone host for local restaurants. She picks up every call, takes the order, reads it back, and hands the customer to your team — on the number you already have.
AriaHey, thanks for calling Tony's Pizzeria — this is Aria on a recorded line! How can I help?
CallerCan I get a large pepperoni and a two liter?
AriaOne large pepperoni and a 2-liter soda — that's $23.50. Can I grab your name?
CallerJohnny.
AriaThanks, Johnny — putting you through to the kitchen now, one moment.
A missed call doesn't leave a message.
The customer who calls during your Friday rush, waits, and hangs up doesn't complain. They don't leave a review. They order somewhere else, and eventually they stop trying you at all.
There's no report for that. No voicemail, no missed-call badge, nothing to review on Monday. It's the quietest way a restaurant loses regulars — and it happens most on the nights you're doing everything right.
Four seconds of ringing. Then a person on the line.
No phone tree, no "press 1 for hours." She talks, she listens, and she knows when to get out of the way.
She picks up
First ring, your restaurant's name, and a heads-up that the line is recorded.
Takes the order
Prices it from your menu and reads every item back before it goes anywhere.
Whispers your staff
Your team hears the order and the total before they take the call — not after.
Nobody free?
She comes back to the customer, confirms it's in, and texts the order to the kitchen.
Monday morning, in one screen.
Every call she handled, what it was worth, and the customer list building behind it. No app to install.

An employee whose only job is the phone.
Your busiest hours are exactly when nobody can pick up. Aria answers instantly, every time — and never gets short with a caller because the kitchen is slammed.
Answers every call
Dinner rush, Sunday morning, 11pm. She picks up on the first ring, greets callers by your restaurant's name, and answers the questions your staff repeat forty times a day.
Takes it, then hands it over
She captures the order, reads every item back, and puts the caller through to your team — quietly telling whoever picks up what was ordered and what it comes to.
Builds a list that's yours
Callers who agree become part of your own customer list — names and numbers, with recorded permission. One text about a Tuesday special brings them back through the door.
Everyone else rents you software. We hand you the customer list.
The list of people who call your restaurant is the most valuable thing your phone produces — and almost every platform keeps it on their side of the wall.
Yours to keep
- ✓Every consenting caller's name and number, in one place, exportable any time.
- ✓Consent captured on the call and recorded with the order — opt-outs honored the second someone replies STOP.
- ✓A monthly report showing calls answered, orders taken, and what Aria brought in.
What you won't find here
- ✕No cut of every order. Your $100 ticket stays a $100 ticket.
- ✕No annual contract. Month to month, cancel whenever.
- ✕No texting your callers a link instead of taking the order. The people phoning you are phoning you on purpose.
- ✕No add-on pricing that quietly doubles the bill.
Do the math on your own napkin.
No per-call charges, no commission, no contract. Here's the whole argument, and it needs no statistics.
Aria pays for herself if she saves one order every five days.
Every plan includes
- ✓Free two-week trial on your own line, before you pay anything.
- ✓Flat monthly price. A busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
- ✓One-time setup to build your menu, your voice, and your transfer flow.
Moving up
- ✓Higher plans add the customer list, confirmation texts, and monthly campaigns.
- ✓Delivery apps take 20–30% of every order. We take the same flat amount whether you do 40 or 400.
- ✓We'll tell you which plan fits on the call. No upgrade pressure afterwards.
Made for restaurants that live on the phone.
If your line rings hardest at the worst possible moment, this was built for you.
Aria takes orders and connects callers to your staff. She doesn't book appointments yet — so salons, shops and service businesses aren't a fit today. If that's you, get in touch anyway and we'll tell you honestly when it is.
The things every owner asks.
My customers want to talk to a real person.
They still do. Aria takes the order and then puts the caller through to your team — she's a front door, not a wall. One sentence from the caller and she's handing off.
The calls she's really replacing are the ones that ring out today. A voicemail isn't a real person either.
What if she gets an order wrong?
Every order is read back to the caller before it goes anywhere, and your staff hear a short summary with the total before the call is handed over — so there are two chances to catch it.
We won't pretend she's perfect. No voice system is. What we built instead is a clean handoff: when a call gets complicated, it goes to a human instead of guessing.
Are the calls recorded?
Yes, and every caller is told so in Aria's first sentence — "this is Aria on a recorded line." That's how the order gets captured accurately and how your staff get the summary. We treat it as a legal requirement, not a nicety.
Do I have to change my number or my POS?
No. You keep your number — a simple forwarding setting sends calls to Aria when you want her on. Your online ordering, delivery apps, and register all stay exactly as they are.
How is this different from my online ordering button?
Online ordering catches the people who like apps. Aria catches everyone else — the callers, the question-askers, the Friday-night orders nobody can grab. And a phone order doesn't pay a commission to anyone.
What happens if nobody in the kitchen picks up?
She tries your line again, and if it still doesn't connect she comes back to the customer, tells them the order's in, and texts it to your staff so it isn't lost. Nobody gets left sitting in hold music.
What about texting my customers?
Only people who say yes on the call get texts, and they're asked twice and separately: once about an order confirmation, once about occasional offers. Saying yes to one is not a yes to the other, and replying STOP ends both immediately. The details are in our SMS Terms.
Hear her answer a call.
Tell us about your restaurant and we'll set up a live demo — your own assistant, taking a real call, before you spend a dollar.
